Because each piece of Original Artwork and Fine Art Print is unique and made with care, we do not accept returns—except in cases where the product is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact me promptly so we can make it right.

What is Naïma Fine Art Shipping and Refund Policy?

Once you receive your original artwork or fine art print, you must contact me within 1 day if you notice any problem. If we both confirm that an issue exists, you have 5 days to return the painting to me.

 

You must provide photos and videos as proof.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, as well as any import taxes I may incur upon receiving the returned item.

What is Naïma Fine Art’s delivery process?

I stay in touch with you throughout the entire delivery process, including on the day of delivery.

 

I wait for your confirmation that you have received and opened the package, and I check with you to ensure that everything arrived in perfect condition.

 

How does Naïma Fine Art pack her Artwork?

Each painting is carefully and securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. I use generous layers of bubble wrap and sturdy packaging to ensure both Original Artworks and Fine Art Prints arrive safely.

All of my apparel and merchandise orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.​

Who is Naïma Fine Art’s shipping partner?

I ship Original Paintings and Fine Art Prints with UPS. Delivery usually takes 4 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country.

You will always receive a tracking number, and I personally assist you throughout the entire shipping process.

All orders are shipped with signature upon delivery, and we can decide together on the delivery date that works best for you.
